Gurcharan Garry Bhaura

Garry moved to Toronto in 1995, Since entering in real estate in 2000, young, passionate and ambitious, Garry continuously strove to take in and learn as much as possible about his chosen industry that led to extensive knowledge in all aspects of real estate. Along the way, his dedication and efforts also did not go unnoticed as Garry became the recipient of numerous achievement awards as awarded by Century 21, Community Service award by Real Estate institute of Canada and many other organizations. His knowledge and expertise have been sought after as an industry speaker, guest writer and has been continuously featured in numerous media interviews including newspaper, radio (CFRB “Ask the Experts”) and TV (CP24, CTV, Omni, Global and many more ethnic media channels). With the support of his family, he has focussed his sights on helping Realtors achieve success, mentoring and coaching his entire sales and support staff and sharing the knowledge necessary for the ever-changing real estate industry. Garry has a reputation of a visionary when it comes to industry trends and embracing technology. He strongly believes that “the change is Inevitable, change is constant” and we should embrace change with open arms.

Garry has also served as part of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) of Directors between 2013 until 2020, Board of Director with the Real Estate institute of Canada- Toronto Chapter 2016-2017, Founder Vice President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America -Toronto chapter between 2014 until 2017, and 2018/2019 President of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, The largest real estate board in the world.
